Shimmy AG respects the privacy of the users of the website and the online shop. These data protection provisions form the basis for the processing of personal data and provide information about the type of user data collected by Shimmy AG and how Shimmy AG uses this data. Shimmy AG complies with the applicable data protection laws and processes the personal data solely for the purposes for which the data was transmitted. These data protection regulations are adapted, supplemented or changed from time to time. With each new call or visit to the website, the current, retrievable version applies.

Shimmy AG can use social media plugins on its website, e.g. from Facebook, Google+ or Twitter. These platforms have their own data protection regulations over which Shimmy AG has no influence.
If the user does not wish any of these plugins to be loaded, it is recommended to log out of the corresponding social media service. In addition, various browsers can be set up or supplemented with add-ons (e.g. Facebook blockers) in such a way that the social media plug-ins are not loaded
